How do I open a dispute?
Inside the trade workspace, click "Open dispute". Funds stay in escrow until the dispute resolves.
Can I cancel an order?
Before the supplier accepts your order — yes, instantly, full refund. After the supplier accepts but before shipment — case-by-case (usually full refund minus any sunk supplier costs). After shipment — through dispute resolution.
How do I become a verified Afrikoni supplier?
Apply through the supplier signup, upload business registration + tax certificate, complete a video facility verification, and you're live within 5-10 business days.
Does Afrikoni support local African payment rails?
Yes. Flutterwave covers card, bank transfer, mobile money (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo), and major African currencies. Stripe handles global card payments.
